At ZonexDrive, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Customers have the right to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All original accessories and included items must be returned.
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be submitted within the 30-day return period.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items, as we are not responsible for packages lost during the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide photos showing the issue so we can review the situation.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will provide an appropriate solution, including a refund when applicable.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our side, please contact us.
You may keep the incorrect item, and we will arrange shipment of the correct product.
If the correct replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made, personalized, or specially produced items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Sale Items
Discounted and sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular-priced items unless otherwise stated.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers must receive the order and use the return process if they wish to send the item back.
