Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
For orders below this amount:
- United States: €10 shipping fee
- Rest of the world: €8 shipping fee
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided whenever a tracking option is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on the destination country.
Any customs charges, taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
ZonexDrive is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Delayed or Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur.
If your package is delayed, we will provide a discount coupon for your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill.
If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we will provide a full refund.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, customers may return the items according to our return policy.
